As a Loan Partner, your customer service acumen and financial background will allow you to help families purchase a home timely with confidence. You'll act as a support to the Loan Origination Team to ensure a helpful and friendly home buying experience. Strong attention to detail, communication skills and awareness of deadlines are critical to success. Customer service, quality, and integrity are non negotiable. Borrowers are more than a number to us, so we work with them to get them approved for the loans they want. The need for a smooth and speedy process is a priority, so a customer-friendly processing and closing system was designed to get them into their dream home quickly with no hiccups.You will have a direct impact on the customers ability to secure a loan for their dream home. This is a growth opportunity into Loan Origination. Occasional evening and weekend hours will be required. 

Responsibilities

• Maintain frequent communication while providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire loan process
• Assist with contract Pre-Approvals, Loan Estimates, and Pre-Approval letters
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of each loan file processed prior to passing to the processing department
• Follow up on submitted loans and/or pended loans
• Remain knowledgeable in all loan programs and guidelines as well as company approved Broker options

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills is a must
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task is a must
• Strong oral and written communication skills is a must
• Evening and Weekend availability a must
• Drug Testing and Credit Check are required
