The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented, have strong organizational and computer skills, acute attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for operations support for the Warranty Services and Purchasing Departments to include data input, upkeep of various software systems, workflow processing, scheduling, process improvements, and general coordination and organization of administrative processes.

This position will work in Bethesda, MD (two days per week of remote work available).
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain documents in Homeowner Hub portal
- Maintain and manage customer service software projects, including electronic communications
- Schedule owner appointments and coordinate service visits with trade specialist
- Assist with creation and implementation of digital service ticketing system
- Assist with process improvements
- Support warranty team with email responses, phone calls, and other general organizational and administrative tasks as needed
- Process purchase orders and non-standard options requests in company accounting system to include estimating costs, adding prices, accounting true-ups and managing the approval process
- Provide contract administration support to include the creation of addendums and professional service agreements and administer approval process workflows
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience working as an administrative professional or college equivalent experience
- Must have advanced computer skills with extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be tech savvy with experience using modern technology including a variety of computers systems, programs, and databases
- Customer service and call center experience is preferred
- Ability to organize and manage home builder software and customer management software databases
- Acute attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and great follow through
- Demonstrated self-starter with strong self-motivation and initiative
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to travel to worksites as needed
